Shana has been in banking since 2004 with over a decade in management roles. After starting in the Raleigh market, she later moved back to Craven and the Carteret County area. She became a branch manager in 2025.

She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration. She is involved with the Beaufort Women’s Club, The Rotary Club and Boys and Girls Club of Coastal Plains.
