Meredith Elliott
LEAD Program Manager
Meredith joined the TowneBank family in 2009. As LEAD Program Manager, Meredith recruits, welcomes, and inspires future leaders of the Towne family. She values associates with diverse talents and experiences as they foster and enhance the Towne culture of excellence.
Meredith received her undergraduate degree in marketing and her and graduate degree in marketing education from Virginia Tech. She is also a graduate of the TowneBank Management Associate Program and the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management.
Active in her community, Meredith is a member of the United Way’s Women's United and a board member for the Riverside Foundation. She also supports the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeast Virginia serving on a safety committee. She is a member of the Virginia Bankers Association Emerging Bank Leaders and serves on the steering committee. Additionally, Meredith serves as an ally chair for the Pride Networking circle at Towne and participates in various employee resource groups. Most recently, she served on the campaign cabinet for Riverside Smithfield Hospital for Riverside Foundation and has been a representative for the Tidewater Chapter of the Hokie Club.
Her passionate nature to give back is sincerely acknowledged by her community. Meredith was recognized on the 2024 Inside Business of Hampton Roads Top 40 Under 40 list and in the inaugural 2025 Virginia Business Magazine Forty Under 40. She is also one of the leaders and philanthropists welcomed into the 2025 Women United Class of 10 for 10.
