The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Judy has been with the Towne Family for over 16 years and has over 30 years industry experience. She is a graduate of the Virginia Banker’s School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia. Throughout her career, Judy has worked closely with physicians, executives, operating companies and legal practices.
Active in the Hampton Roads community, Judy currently serves as Chair of Norfolk Festevents, Vice President of the Virginia Maritime Association, Council member of the Old Dominion University Maritime and Supply Chain Advisory, a board member for Nauticus, and as a teacher at Certified for Financial Training Alliance.
