She leads a team of local bankers dedicated to providing financial solutions that empower individuals and small businesses. She works closely with local entrepreneurs to understand their goals, offer tailored banking services, and support their growth.

Beyond financial guidance, Jacqueline takes pride in serving the community, fostering trust, promoting financial literacy, and helping to create opportunities that strengthen her local economy. She serves as a board member of the Scott’s Addition Small Business Association and is a founding member of a Richmond-based cultural performance group.
