With over two decades of experience in the financial industry, Frank partners with small business owners to optimize success through lending facilities and treasury management services. He analyzes financial statements, business cash flow, and the economy to help business owners achieve their financial goals. He has lending experience in small business, middle market, large corporate, and syndicated lending. He specializes in C&I, commercial real estate, and religious organization lending and cash flow management.

Frank received a Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in English from The College of William and Mary. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business from Old Dominion University. Frank has also attended the VBA School of Bank Management at University of Virginia and was the 2014 Honor Graduate. He is also an alum of the Virginia Peninsula Leadership Institute.
