Felicia Johnson has been a member of the bank family since 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. She has worked with many industries during her time, including hospitality, municipalities, and nonprofits. She supports a diverse range of members, including small businesses, commercial organizations, and individual members.

Felicia is a graduate of LEAD and earned a certificate from ABA - Wharton Emerging Leaders Advance Leadership, went to the CUNA Leadership Academy, and earned a certificate from Dale Carnegie Leadership. She is currently earning her Bachelor of Business Management from Strayer University.
