With over four decades of financial experience, Donald provides leadership to our bankers on the Peninsula and in Williamsburg as they enhance relationships with commercial banking members through customized financial solutions. Over his career, he has worked with commercial businesses, small businesses, and personal banking members.

Donald graduated from Old Dominion University with a degree in finance. He has served on the faculty of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management and been a featured speaker for the Virginia Bankers Association. He volunteers with YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas, Williamsburg Area Meals on Wheels, and Williamsburg Landing.
