Dana offers over half a decade worth of banking experience and is responsible for helping bankers identify merchant services needs and provide the best possible solutions. She is proficient in the latest technologies for card processing systems and use of various merchant products. Dana earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Sociology from East Carolina University.

A dedicated Charlotte native, Dana actively volunteers with a local preschool, Junior Achievement and Operation Christmas Child.
