Cynthia has extensive knowledge of working with businesses across a wide range of industries, including commercial real estate, manufacturing, non-profits, professional services, legal, investment management, property management, technology, and hospitality.

Her experience spans diverse sectors, including a Fortune 500 corporation, a venture capital–funded startup, higher education, and entrepreneurship through a previously owned insurance business. Her journey has provided a deep understanding of the business world from multiple vantage points.

A Richmond native, she currently serves on the board of Valor RVA as both a member and Past Chair. Her civic engagement extends to the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes to the Government Affairs Committee. She has also served as a member of the Goochland Chamber of Commerce, Needle’s Eye Ministries, and the Chapel Entrepreneurs Group. Her leadership experience includes serving as Past President of both the Midlothian Business Alliance and the James River Rotary.
