With nearly two decades of financial industry experience, Charles prides himself on offering members creative solutions to help their local businesses grow and thrive.

Charles earned his Bachelor's degree in economics from Radford University and is a graduate of LEAD Hampton Roads. Charles has served as a board member for numerous local organizations such as EVMS, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, and the Churchland Rotary Club. He is also a member of the Associate Builders and Contractors of Virginia.
