Addison De Mallie
Commercial Banking Officer
Addison started with TowneBank in 2022 and brings over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He specializes in construction, acquisition, refinance, and land loans. He provides debt financing for hotels, apartments, shopping centers, warehouses, land development, and home builders and assists with deposit services for operating companies across the Carolinas and Virginia.
A Citadel graduate, Addison received a bachelor's degree in both Political Science and German and went on to attend the University of German Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg in an international military exchange program. A veteran who served on active duty in the United States Army and in reserve with the Army National Guard, he continues to enrich the community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity in Charlotte, building homes for families in need.
